I have a 9'x12' bedroom with one window and nice tile floor that I would like to rent out as an art/music studio, or for anything else you might need an extra space for. I am offering it for $400/mo (or best offer) with a $400 fully refundable deposit. It is also available for rent to live here and share my space as a housemate, but then the price would be $550 + utilities (equal to approx. $600/mo total). Must NOT be allergic to cats, as I have 2 adorable kitties. The house is located in Aptos off the Rio Del Mar exit of Hwy 1, off Clubhouse Dr. Renting as a studio you would have access everyday, anytime between 11am-9pm. Also, I am out of town frequently during the summer all through October, and during those periods you can come and go anytime without notice (in fact the kitties would love the company!).
